vendor village

Where local businesses, nonprofits, artisans, and community organizations connect directly with hundreds of Mercado neighbors every week while supporting the fight against hunger in El Paso.

More Than a Vendor Booth

Vendor Village is more than a place to set up a table. It is a Community Connections Program built around the people already gathering at our Mercado distributions.

Approved vendors bring useful products, services, information, discounts or experiences to our neighbors. In return, vendors gain meaningful face-to-face exposure while helping El Pasoans Fighting Hunger create additional resources for the community.

Commercial vendors pay the listed space fee. Community Partners providing substantial free services or direct public benefit may qualify for reduced pricing or a full waiver.

How It Works

1. Create an Account

Open the separate ATLAS Vendor Village application. New vendors create an account; returning vendors simply sign in.

2. Request a Space

Choose an upcoming Mercado date and select one available space or an approved adjacent pair.

3. Complete the Review

Answer the questions that apply to your setup. Some requests are confirmed automatically; others require staff review.

4. Confirm and Attend

Complete payment or free confirmation when approved, then follow the arrival, setup and participation instructions for your date.

Before You Apply

Provide Community Value

Every approved vendor must offer something useful to our neighbors through products, services, information, discounts, demonstrations or another approved benefit.

Bring a Safe Setup

Tent vendors provide their own 10-by-10 canopy, tables and supplies. Canopies must be securely weighted, and generators or open flames require advance approval.

Treat People with Respect

Professional, family-appropriate behavior is required. Harassment, discrimination, aggressive sales tactics, threats and interference with Mercado operations are prohibited.

Complete the Full Event

Check in, finish setup at least 30 minutes before Mercado, remain until released by staff and leave the assigned area clean.
